Why is my PC powering on but not displaying anything?

I recently had some issues with my computer setup after my room ceiling flooded. My landlord had a handyman move my entire PC setup while I was away, and now that I've set everything back up, I'm facing a frustrating problem. The CPU powers on, and both my keyboard and mouse light up, but my monitor (a TV I'm using) isn't displaying anything. I've checked the HDMI cable, and it works fine with my laptop, so I don't believe that's the issue. Is it possible that some components got loosened during the move? Unfortunately, I don't have any tools to check inside my PC right now, so I might have to wait until tomorrow to get help if needed. Just to note, the GPU lights and fans are also functioning well.

First thing to check is whether you've plugged the HDMI cable into the GPU instead of the motherboard. Sometimes, it's an easy mistake to make when reconnecting everything after a move. Just double-check that it’s firmly in the right port!

Yes, I double-checked, and it's in the same spot as always.
