I'm having this frustrating issue where my PC keeps shutting down randomly. I took a look at the reliability history in Windows, and it just said that Windows was not shutting down properly, without providing much else. Recently, I bought a new SSD and did a clean install of Windows, but the problem persists. Right now, I'm borrowing RAM from a friend to see if that helps since I suspect it might be a RAM issue. If swapping out the RAM doesn't solve the problem, could it be a power supply issue or something else? Also, I forgot to mention that I've already cleaned and reapplied thermal paste to the CPU—its temperature seems fine, so overheating shouldn't be the issue.

I had a similar experience, and it turned out the GPU was sagging, which affected stability. But since you mentioned you're using an iGPU on a Ryzen 4600G, that’s probably not the case for you.
Can you tell me if your PC is a prebuilt or a custom build? Did this shutting down issue start happening suddenly, or after changing any components? It’s strange if there’s no crash screen; typically, with RAM issues, you’d see a boot failure or freezing, not an immediate shutdown. My gut says it might be a failing power supply.
It often comes down to RAM problems. Keep testing with the borrowed RAM for a few days, and see if the shutdowns continue. If they do, take a look at the CPU temperatures again; if those are fine, you might want to consider replacing the power supply next.
