Why is my PC shutting off while gaming?

I've built two personal PCs, but my current one is my first custom loop water-cooled setup. After building it, I mainly played Oblivion Remastered. I'm facing an issue where my PC shuts off after about 4 hours of gaming—just a straight black screen with no blue screen. The motherboard and RAM stay lit, but the CPU and GPU lights turn off along with the pump. To troubleshoot, I initially thought it was a temperature problem since my GPU hits around 45°C. I rearranged my fans to push through the radiator and even added more fans, which helped me last longer before it shuts off—originally, it only lasted about 30 minutes. Now, I'm suspecting it could be the PSU not providing enough power. I'd love to get some insight from the community!

I'm curious about your CPU's temperature. What kind of temps is it reaching? Knowing that could help pinpoint the issue better!

You might want to check the RAM. I suggest updating your BIOS as well as reviewing your RAM settings. Sometimes an incorrect configuration can lead to instability.

It sounds like your issue might be linked to your power supply. Have you tried testing with a different PSU? Sometimes a failing PSU can cause a complete shutdown like that.

It's possible your power supply could be failing. If you can, use a PSU tester to figure out if it's delivering the right power.
