I've noticed that my PC's performance takes a nosedive after being powered on for a while. My cursor starts to stutter, and everything slows down significantly. I've checked the temperatures and confirmed that there's no thermal throttling. Also, when I look at Task Manager, no single process seems to be maxing out anything. Restarting helps temporarily, but starting up again takes a long time, even though I'm using an SSD for my boot drive.
Here are my specs:
- GPU: RTX 3060ti
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
- RAM: 32GB 3600MHz
- MOBO: MSI B450M-A Pro Max II
I'm really at a loss and could use some suggestions on what to do next.

You might want to try disconnecting all drives except for your system drive to see if something else is causing the slowdown. Also, keep an eye on your drive activity through Task Manager and Resource Monitor to catch any unusual behavior.

I did check the drive, and everything seems fine. I looked through Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and even used CrystalDiskInfo, but didn't find anything out of the ordinary.
