I've been having some issues with my PC lately. It used to run games like Marvel Rivals pretty well, but now it's stuttering and freezing a lot, even on games that should work fine. I've updated my drivers and BIOS, and everything looks good on usage and temperatures. I recently added a new SSD, but I'm not sure if that's causing the problem. When I try to load games like Far Cry Primal or ZZZ, they start off laggy, and even Marvel Rivals takes forever to load, with random freezes. I'm considering resetting my PC to see if that helps. Any ideas on what might be going on?

If you're short on RAM, that could definitely cause performance dips. You might want to look up some tips on how to check if you need a RAM upgrade. But also, if you just added that SSD and didn't do much else, it could be a reason for your sluggish performance too.
What do you mean 'format'? Are you suggesting I wipe everything? I'm really not sure about that. If there's a specific process, I'd love some clarification!
First off, check if your video cable is properly connected to your GPU. It’s an easy fix if that’s the issue. Also, when you added the new SSD, did you move your Windows installation over? Sometimes that can lead to problems if not done correctly.
