I've been playing a lot of Minecraft lately, and I noticed my Ryzen 5 5600GT is getting super hot, even causing the PC to shut down. After monitoring the temps, I found that it starts around 70°C after boot, drops to 61°C when idle, but skyrockets to 100°C during gameplay. This doesn't seem normal to me. I've set the fan curve to max out at high temperatures, but I'm looking for some help to cool it down before it fries! Any advice?

Check if your cooler is making good contact with the CPU. If you're up for it, replacing the thermal paste can help a lot too. If it still overheats, consider investing in a better CPU cooler when you can—it’s worth it!
You really should try reseating your CPU cooler and reapply some thermal paste. The Wraith Stealth is decent for a budget cooler, so it should help if it's set up right.
Repasting may help a bit in lowering temps. But to really keep things cool, you should look for a better cooler when you have the chance.
It sounds like you might have forgotten to remove the protective film from the cooler. I did that once and ended up with surprisingly high idle temps. Definitely check that out!
I checked, and it seems that I did take off the protective film already.
I made sure the cooler is making contact, but I can't get a new CPU cooler right now.
