Why is my Ryzen 7 9800X3D running at 100C idle with AIO?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some troubleshooting advice after recently upgrading my PC. I switched from an i7-10700KF to a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and I'm experiencing some crazy high idle temperatures ranging from 70C to 100C. I'm using what I believe is the MSI Mag Coreliquid 360R AIO cooler. The fans are connected to the CPU fan pins on the motherboard while the pump is hooked up to the system pump pins. Both seem to be functioning correctly in the BIOS, with the pump running at around 4000 RPM and the fans at about 2000 RPM. I've cleaned the AIO contact with alcohol and reapplied Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste. Despite this, my idle temps are still way too high. Am I missing something here, or am I just not getting it right? Any tips would really help! Thanks!

Hey! First, double check if you accidentally left the cold plate cover sticker on the cooler. It's a common oversight! Also, make sure the cooler's contact with the CPU is proper. If you hear bubbling noise, that might indicate an issue with the liquid flow. Did you experience any signs of that?

Yeah, I used this cooler for four years on my last CPU without issue. I checked the contact and it seemed solid. I didn’t hear any bubbling, but when I moved the radiator, I could hear fluid moving, which maybe resembles a bubbling sound. It's been a tough day, so thanks for your help!
