I'm experiencing some seriously high latency with my Samsung SSD 870 QVO 1TB, hitting up to 7000-8000ms while downloading games and other content. It usually averages around 1000-2000ms, but it's puzzling because Windows isn't installed on this SSD, and it doesn't seem to overheat according to HWInfo. I've already tried reconnecting the drive and verified that its health is at 100%. I even reinstalled Windows today, and the temperatures are normal according to Samsung's software.
It's frustrating because I had to switch back to my NVME drive for Windows since the SSD's latency issues were freezing my computer during downloads. What can I do to resolve this?

Make sure your SSD isn’t more than 70% full—keeping it under that threshold can help maintain performance. If you're good on that front, check out some troubleshooting steps for high latency issues specifically for the 870 QVO. There's a detailed guide online that might offer some solutions!
I think that guide might be useful. Did you try the recommendations there?
It might help to uninstall the Windows update KB5063878 if you recently updated. Sometimes, certain updates can conflict with SSD performance. Just give it a try and see if you notice any improvement!

I checked and my drive is not more than 70% full. Still having issues though.
