Hey everyone! I recently built a new PC and ran into a weird issue with my external speakers. Despite being old, they still work fine when I test them on other devices, but on my new setup, sound is only coming out of one speaker. They're plugged into the green output jack, and I've checked that my drivers are up to date, so I'm baffled as to why this is happening. Is there anything else I can check? Could there be compatibility issues with these older speakers?

Sounds like you're using Windows, am I right? If so, first check your sound settings to see if your output is set to MONO instead of STEREO. Also, make sure your system is fully updated and see if there are any specific driver updates for your motherboard or sound card. If you could share the make and model of your PC, that might help get to the bottom of it!
Yeah, I'm using Windows 11, and I built my PC last week. I checked the settings, and Mono Audio is definitely set to off, but the sound still won't come through both speakers.
