Why is my SSD hitting 100% usage while gaming?

Hey everyone! I recently built a new PC and I'm facing an issue where my SSD occasionally spikes to 100% usage when I'm gaming. I'm using a Patriot P410 1TB m.2 SSD, and I still have around 450GB free space. I've tried disabling SysMain and even reinstalled the game, but nothing seems to help. The high usage lasts for about five minutes at a time, then seems to resolve itself. My setup includes a Ryzen 7600X processor, 32GB of RAM, and I'm running Windows 11. Any ideas on what could be causing this problem?

It sounds like you might be facing a virtual memory issue. Since you have 32GB of RAM, it’s unlikely that memory is the problem, but if your system is running low on memory, it could be hitting the page file on your SSD hard. Make sure your page file settings are configured to either be automatically managed or set to 1-1.5 times your physical RAM. You can adjust this in the advanced system settings under virtual memory. It could help with those spikes.
