Hey everyone! A couple of days ago, my PC crashed while I was installing some stuff, likely due to low RAM (I've got 16GB). After the crash, I noticed that my disk usage shot up to a constant 100%. To fix this, I did a fresh install of Windows 10 and even secure erased my SSD. However, I'm still experiencing issues with high disk usage, even when doing simple tasks like browsing the internet, using Steam, or downloading files. There's also a small red light flashing on the SSD itself. I've checked, and it says the SSD health is good, but I'd really appreciate any help with this.

Just a heads up about the secure erase method you mentioned. Typically, that means overwriting everything on the SSD, which can actually cause unnecessary wear. You might want to check how old your SSD is. If CrystalDiskInfo says it's all good but you're still seeing issues, it could be worth looking into some background processes that might be hogging resources.
If your SSD is a PCIe 3x4 NVMe and it's shown to be at 100% health at a steady temperature, that’s a good sign. However, the spiking disk usage might hint at some software issues or even a virus. You should try checking for malware and also see if anything unusual is running in the background when those spikes happen.
What brand and model is your SSD? Also, have you checked its stats in CrystalDiskInfo? That might give us a better idea of what's happening.
