I'm having trouble getting my TV to recognize a signal from my PC. The TV works perfectly with my PS3 using an older cable that I salvaged from a previous setup. However, when I try to connect my PC with the same cable, there's no signal at all, and my PC doesn't seem to acknowledge that a display is connected. What steps can I take to fix this issue?

Also, make sure you're using the right input source on your TV. Sometimes the settings need a little nudge to detect the new device properly. And check if your PC is sending the right refresh rate to the TV.
It sounds like your PC might not be outputting a resolution that your TV can display. You should check the resolution settings on your PC to make sure they match what your TV supports.
I tried switching my resolution to 1080p, but unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue.
What operating system are you using? That might help pinpoint the problem. If it’s Windows 10, there are specific settings to check for display detection.
