I own a Gigabyte Eagle RTX 3080, and I've noticed that only two out of the three fans are working when I put my GPU under load, like when I'm gaming. I've tried moving a cable that I suspected was blocking the third fan, and I've also reseated everything after removing the back panel of the GPU, but nothing seems to help. I bought the card used a couple of years ago, so it's out of warranty. Any ideas on what might be wrong or how to fix it?

It's possible that the motor for that third fan has burned out. Replacing it is usually straightforward; you can order a spare fan from a site like AliExpress. Just make sure it’s compatible with your model!
