Why is the VGA LED white on my new PC build?

I recently built a new PC and when I power it on, the VGA LED on the motherboard lights up white. This indicates there's an issue, and unfortunately, I'm not getting any display on my monitor, whether I connect it via DisplayPort or HDMI. The graphics card lights up, so it seems to be getting power. I've ensured that the 12VHPWR cable is properly connected to both the GPU and the PSU.

Here's what I've already tried:
- Checked all GPU connections
- Removed and reinserted the GPU
- Removed the CMOS battery for 5 minutes to reset
- Tried booting with just one RAM stick in the A2 slot.

Here are the specs of my build:
- Case: Xigmatek Aquarius Plus Arctic ARGB – White
- Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WI-FI II
- Graphics Card: GIGABYTE RTX 4070 Super Aero OC-12GD
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL 32GB (2x16GB)
- PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W, 80 Plus Gold
- Cooling: Deepcool LE360 WH V2 – White – 360mm
- Storage: Kingston NV2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD 1000G M.2 2280 (currently empty, planning to install Windows on it)

I would appreciate any help on why the VGA LED is white and why I can't get a display!

Removing the GPU might actually work! Even if you don’t have a graphic interface on your CPU, just seeing if it boots correctly might help isolate the issue.

Have you tried booting without the GPU installed? Sometimes, it can help to see if the motherboard provides a display through the onboard graphics, assuming your CPU has integrated graphics.

Also, make sure you’re using the right RAM slots as specified in your motherboard manual. Sometimes, boot issues can arise from incorrect RAM placement! You’ve got a great build; I hope you get it sorted!
