I recently built a new PC with these specs: a Gigabyte x870 gaming wifi6 motherboard, a Gigabyte 5080 GPU, a Ryzen 7 7800x3D CPU, 32GB Corsair RAM at 4800 MT/s, an RM1000x ATX power supply, a Kraken 360 AIO cooler, and a Corsair MP600 elite 1TB M.2 drive. Everything seems to be working fine—I can start it up and access the BIOS. However, there's a red boot light on my motherboard. Is this something I should be worried about with a new setup, and how do I address it?

It's possible that the red light is just a power LED and not indicating a real issue. Since you can access the BIOS, it seems like everything's working as it should. Check your motherboard's manual to see what the LED colors represent. Sometimes, the light is just a normal status indicator and not related to a boot failure.
You might want to double-check your memory specs. Although what you've got shouldn't necessarily stop you from booting, it's slower than the optimal DDR5 6000 CL30 RAM recommended for your setup. Make sure the RAM is properly seated as well. If the light continues to bother you and isn’t mentioned in the manual, try reseating your components.
