I'm trying to sign into my work account on a Samsung A17, but the Microsoft Authenticator app isn't notifying me or showing any code to help with the sign-in process. I already have the email set up for this account. What steps can I take to resolve this issue? Thanks!

I encountered a similar issue. After getting a new phone, I had to reconfigure my 2FA settings. It might be worth checking if that’s your problem too!
Have you double-checked if you enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings online? Make sure that the Authenticator app is set as your primary authentication method.
