It sounds like there might be some kinda frame cap in play. Make sure to check if there’s anything like VSync or an FPS limit activated; those could keep you stuck at 60 FPS. Also, look into the Nvidia control panel settings for anything that could be affecting your performance.
Yeah, I made sure to turn off VSync, and we kept an eye on the in-game frame tracker too. Still stuck at 60 FPS.
