I have an HDD that appears in the BIOS and Device Manager, but it's not showing up in Disk Management or Diskpart. I'm really confused about this and would appreciate some help. It's connected via SATA6 and everything seems to be hooked up correctly. Any ideas on how to fix this?

First off, is your HDD empty or does it have data on it? Knowing this can help narrow down the issues. If it’s completely empty and never used, that’s good to know. If you have screenshots of your setup, they’d be super helpful for troubleshooting.
