I recently purchased an HDMI cable and it connects fine to my laptop, but it won't connect to my LG Smart TV. I'm not able to upload photos here, but I can send them if needed. Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

It sounds like there might be a connection issue. Try checking the model number of your TV—it should be listed on a label on the back. For LG TVs, you can usually find input/output options online. Sometimes, if there's an adapter available, it could help you connect.
Make sure you're selecting the correct input on your TV. Sometimes it can be easy to overlook that. Just verify that the HDMI port you're using is selected on the TV's menu.
There are definitely plugs available, but this cable just won't connect.
Just a heads up, HDMI cables come in different sizes. Your TV uses a standard HDMI port, but make sure your laptop's port matches the cable. If your laptop has a smaller connector, you may need a special cable that fits both devices.

The model number is 50QNED753RA, and it says it supports HDMI 2. Is that compatible with my cable?
