I'm facing an issue where my iPad Air M3 isn't being detected by my Windows 11 PC. I'm using the original USB-C cable that came with the iPad, but when I plug it in, it doesn't show up in File Explorer. In Device Manager, I can see that it lists 'Apple iPad', but neither the Apple devices app from the Microsoft Store nor File Explorer can recognize it. For reference, my motherboard is a Biostar B650MP-E Pro.

Have you tried going through the steps in the Apple support article? You might find something there that helps. Sometimes a simple reboot can help with connection issues too!
Make sure that your iPad is unlocked when you connect it to your PC. Sometimes, it needs to be unlocked for it to show up properly. Also, check if you have the latest updates for Windows; sometimes updates can fix compatibility issues.

I checked the support article, but nothing worked for me either. It's frustrating!
