I recently switched my phone plan and got a new SIM card with the same number, but my iPhone 13 isn't recognizing it. The SIM works just fine in other phones, but my iPhone says 'phone not allowed' in the settings under General > About > Network. I'm not sure if this is a problem with my carrier or if it's a hardware or software issue. I can't even get my old SIM to work anymore. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Did you switch carriers altogether? That might cause issues with the SIM compatibility.
No, I’m still with the same carrier; just changed the plan. That’s really weird! It could be a lock issue from your carrier.
