I recently upgraded my setup with a new GPU (a 5080 Suprim), a motherboard (Asrock B850 Pro RS WiFi), and a CPU (7800X3D). However, I'm running FurMark to test performance, and my GPU usage won't go above 70% with a power draw of only 300W. Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this issue?

Have you tried testing with any actual games or popular benchmarks like 3DMark? FurMark can be a bit misleading sometimes as it might not fully stress your GPU under certain conditions.
