Why isn’t my PC posting with the XMP profile?

I'm having trouble getting my PC to post when I use any XMP profiles (XMP-I: 6400MT/s 32-40-40-103 or XMP-II: 6000MT/s 36-38-38-80). Here are my specs:

- Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B760-Plus
- CPU: Intel i7-12700k
- RAM: Micron Crucial 2x16gb OC cl32 (CP2K16G64C32U5B)

I suspect I might be doing something wrong, so any advice would be appreciated! I also updated that I resolved the issue because I had my RAM in the incorrect slots (should be in A2-B2 instead of A1-B1), and now it's working at 6000MT/s!

Make sure your RAM is in the correct slots on your motherboard. The usual configuration is A2-B2 instead of A1-B1. Also, have you thought about updating your BIOS? That can sometimes help with compatibility if you're having issues.

Should it be A2-B2 slots? Thanks for the information though!
