Why isn’t my USB Wi-Fi adapter detecting any networks?

I've got this 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card that I inherited from my late uncle. Unfortunately, when I plug it into my computer, it shows up with messages like "Not available" and "No Wi-Fi networks found." I'm pretty close to my router, so that shouldn't be the issue. I've tried restarting my computer a few times and even switched the USB port, but nothing seems to work. I'm looking for some help with this!

Sounds like it might be an issue with the driver or network settings. Check if your network is set to WPA3 only; if so, that could be the problem since some older adapters might not support it.

I'll look into that! It's pretty late right now, but I have a screenshot of my settings from another reply. Maybe that will help.
