I've been having a frustrating problem with Google Chrome on my Windows 10 computer. Ever since yesterday, it just won't open at all! I've tried everything I can think of, including restarting my computer multiple times, deleting and reinstalling Chrome, and even scanning for malware and viruses—but there are no threats. Chrome is set as my default browser and my system is up to date. I've looked up some solutions on YouTube, but none of them worked. I really need some help here!

Have you tried checking if other browsers work? Sometimes it's just a Chrome issue. If Microsoft Edge is working fine, then we know it’s not a broader problem with your computer.
It might be related to the Parental Controls service that Microsoft updated. Try disabling the Parental Controls in the Services section of your computer. If Chrome starts working afterward, that’s likely the culprit! Here's a link for more help on that: https://techissuestoday.com/microsoft-parental-controls-chrome-block/.
