I'm having trouble getting my AirPods Gen 4 to connect to my phone. The charging case is clean and I'm running the latest iOS version, but the connection just isn't happening. I tried resetting them like someone suggested, but now they won't connect at all. Any ideas?

To connect your AirPods Gen 4, you'll need to put them in pairing mode. Since there's no setup button on the case, try double-tapping the front of the case until the status light starts flashing white. After that, open your phone's Bluetooth settings and wait for them to show up. That should help!

I’ve tried that, but they're just flashing white without connecting. They even made a jingle when I put them in pairing mode, so I don’t know what’s going wrong.

I just got some AirPods 4 too, and they appeared in my Bluetooth list without any issues. Maybe you should check if something's wrong with the Bluetooth on your phone.
