I'm having a ton of trouble with my PC build. Whenever I try to boot up, my motherboard lights up red, but the CPU and GPU fans refuse to spin. The case fans are working fine, though. I've already tried a few things like resetting the CMOS and removing one stick of RAM. Also, I've plugged the CPU fans directly into both the Fan Opt and the CPU-Fan headers, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Is the red light a debug LED? If it's close to the CMOS, that might help figure things out. You should also check if it says RST-SW next to it; that could indicate a reset switch issue.
It sounds like the red light might indicate that your system isn't detecting the CPU cooling. The GPU fans often don't spin up until the temperature reaches a certain level, so that might not be an issue. But definitely check that your CPU fans are securely connected to the headers. The connection on the CPU_FAN could be loose, which might explain the fan issue.
