Hey everyone! I have an Alienware gaming laptop that's suddenly stopped recognizing the monitors connected via my docking station. Everything else like my mouse and keyboard still works when connected to the dock, but the monitors aren't being detected. I've checked to see if the monitors work by connecting them directly to my laptop through HDMI, and they do. I've also updated my graphics driver and the monitor drivers through device manager, and I've made sure Windows is fully updated. However, under the display settings, it doesn't show any additional monitors. I even tried a system restore to reinstall Windows, which worked temporarily but then reverted back again. I'm really at a loss here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

First, check if all your monitors are plugged into a power strip that might have been turned off. Try disconnecting one monitor to see if the others get recognized; the video controller might be overwhelmed. If that doesn't work, reset the dock by removing the Thunderbolt connector and unplugging the power from the dock for about 10 seconds before plugging it back in and reconnecting. Also, make sure all video connectors are firmly seated both at the dock and the monitors themselves.
Are you using a USB-C port to connect to the dock? If you have another USB-C port available, try switching ports and see if that helps. Sometimes the issue can lie with the port rather than the dock.
