I just completed my new computer build using an R7 7700x processor, an RTX 3080 GPU, and 16GB of 6000MHz CL30 RAM on an Asrock B650 Pro RS motherboard with a 750W PSU. However, I'm facing an issue where the CPU and DRAM lights are continuously on, and the system won't boot. I've already tried updating the BIOS using the flashback feature, which was successful, but I'm still stuck. I've also swapped RAM sticks and tried different slots, and I've waited over 30 minutes without any change. Any suggestions on what else I can do? By the way, the GPU and PSU work fine in another setup, but I can't test the other components right now.

Sounds like a typical post-build problem! Did you reset the CMOS? Sometimes, that can help clear any issues. Also, double-check all power connections, especially to the motherboard. Those can be easy to overlook. If everything seems fine and it’s still stuck, it might be worth testing your components one by one if possible.
Make sure that on your motherboard, the RAM is seated properly in the correct slots as per the manual! Sometimes, it needs to be in a specific slot configuration to work. Have you tried using just one stick of RAM? That can help isolate if one stick might be faulty.
Yeah, I’ve switched around the sticks and tried just one at a time, but still nothing. Really frustrating!

I did reset the CMOS, and I've already built it from scratch, so I know all the connections should be secure. Still no luck!
