Why won’t my new PC display on the monitor?

I just built a new PC, and I'm having trouble getting it to show up on my monitor. After the initial boot, I see two LED lights on the motherboard: one white on VGA and one green on Boot. I've tried using two different cables and two monitors. I even reseated the RAM sticks and rebooted the system with just one RAM stick. Additionally, I checked the GPU and reseated it as well. And yes, I've made sure it's plugged into the GPU correctly! My specs are:
- Motherboard: ROG STRIX B850-A
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
- RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Royal Neo Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB)
- GPU: ASRock AMD Radeon RX 7600 Steel Legend

Have you tried removing the GPU and booting up using the integrated graphics? Sometimes, it helps to see if the issue is with the GPU itself.

I took out the GPU like you suggested. The light went away, but I still have no signal on my monitor.

When I tried that, it just showed a green light on boot without any display. Perhaps there’s another issue at play?

Sounds like you've tried a lot of options already. If it's still not working, it might be worth testing each component separately if you have access to another PC.

Just double-check all your connections. Ensure everything is properly seated and that the monitor input is set to the right port. It can be easy to overlook simple things!
