Why Won’t My PC Power On After Working Fine?

I've been using my PC without any issues for the last few days, but suddenly it won't power on. Initially, I turned it on and there was no display, so I switched it off. I removed the CMOS battery and waited a bit, then pressed the power button for about 10 seconds. After putting everything back together, I tried turning it on again, but nothing happened—it's completely unresponsive. I tested the PSU, and it seemed to work fine. I'm really confused because my build is less than a year old! Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey! Can you share the full specs of your build? Also, when you press the power button, do you see any fans or lights turning on? Or is it completely dead? That info can help figure this out!

It's completely dead. No lights or fans at all. Here are my specs: MSI B760-P DDR4 II motherboard, Asus 4070 GPU, Samsung 980 SSD, G.Skill 16GB 4000MHz RAM, Seasonic Focus GX-1000 PSU, and an i7-13700KF CPU. My case is from NZXT.
