I have a UPS that was working fine until I unplugged it and turned it off before leaving home for about 12 days. When I returned, I tried to turn it on, but there's no power, and no lights or sounds come on. I thought it might just need charging, so I plugged it in for 2 days while it was off, but it still didn't charge. After trying for another 2 days, it finally turned on, but nothing has changed. Can anyone help me figure out what's going wrong?

Just curious, why are you using a UPS? If you don't experience frequent blackouts, it's not always essential to have one.
It sounds like the battery is dead. Just a heads up, some models have batteries that are hard to replace, so you might have trouble finding a new one or need special tools to swap it out.
How old is your UPS? Depending on the load cycles, the batteries can die after just a few years. It might be worth checking if the battery has reached the end of its life.
It's about a year old since I bought it.

I use it because my power cuts out 3-5 times a day for a few minutes. I’d rather not risk damaging my PS5!
