Why Won’t Windows Detect My Ethernet Even Though I’m Connected?

I recently reinstalled Windows 11 due to some crashing issues, and now I'm facing a strange problem. My Ethernet connection works fine for gaming and browsing, but Windows itself doesn't recognize that I'm connected via Ethernet. This means I can't access certain programs and features that require a proper connection, like Windows updates. The troubleshooter indicates that my Bluetooth device is set as the default network, while my Intel I211 is not. I'm not sure how to resolve this issue or what steps I should take next.

Try right-clicking the Windows icon and opening Device Manager. Look for your networking devices and disable the Bluetooth network. That might help Windows recognize your Ethernet connection.

I tried that, but it still says I'm connected to the internet but can't access updates or some launchers.
