Will a 650W PSU be enough for my new build with an RTX 5070?

I'm building a new PC with the following specs: ASROCK Z890 Pro-A WiFi motherboard, INTEL Core Ultra 9 285K CPU, ARCTIC COOLING Liquid Freezer III Pro 360, KINGSTON FURY 64GB Beast XMP DDR5 6000MHz RAM, and a SAMSUNG 1TB 990 PRO M.2 PCIe SSD. I originally planned to use my old GTX 1070 Ti or just rely on the integrated GPU for productivity tasks. However, after looking into GPU options, I've decided to go for an RTX 5070. My PSU is a BE QUIET! Pure Power 12 M with 650W. I'm wondering if 650W will be enough to power everything, especially with the new GPU.

From what I’ve seen regarding power consumption, you’ll get around 250W from the GPU and around 250W from the CPU, which could really push your limits. It might handle it with some tuning, but under high loads or if you decide to overclock, I'd be worried.

For a 5070, personally, I'd suggest getting at least a 750W PSU. 850W would be even better if you plan on doing anything intensive.
