I'm considering upgrading my current setup from a 6700XT to a 9070XT to enjoy high frame rates at 1440p. The AM4 CPUs like the 5700X3D and 5800X3D are becoming hard to find and are really pricey. Do you think my 5600X CPU will bottleneck the performance of the 9070XT at that resolution?

Yes, the 5600X might limit your FPS in some games, especially in heavier titles. You might also experience worse 1% lows and occasional stutters. It's something to keep in mind if smooth gameplay is crucial for you.
You might see some minor bottlenecking, but it's not too serious. I suggest sticking with your CPU for now. If you decide to upgrade later, your GPU will still perform better, so it's a win-win!
It really depends on the games you play. Some might be more demanding than others. The 5600X paired with the 9070XT should work fine for most titles at 1440p, but if you notice your GPU isn’t hitting close to 100% load, that might be a sign of some CPU limits.
It's hard to say definitively. You typically notice bottlenecks more at lower resolutions like 1080p. At 1440p, you might not experience significant issues unless you're going for really high frame rates. You could always give it a shot and see how it performs for you!
Bottlenecking isn't a huge concern for 1440p. I've used a 5600X with a similar GPU setup, and for most games, it kept CPU utilization low and gameplay smooth. If you're already having a good experience, the upgrade might not be necessary just for performance gains.

Totally agree! I found the 5600X caused frame drops and stuttering for me at 1440p as well.
