I'm currently using a 6-year-old 1070 Ti that's served me well, but I'm ready to upgrade to a 9070 XT. My main concern is whether my existing motherboard (Aorus X470 Ultra Gaming) and CPU (5800 X3D) will bottleneck the performance of the new GPU. I'm considering upgrading those parts too, but I'd prefer to put the GPU upgrade first due to its cost. What do you think?

Your setup is good to go! Enjoy the new GPU!
The 5800 X3D can definitely handle it! No worries about bottlenecking here.
You're all set! The 5800 X3D is still a solid CPU, especially if you're gaming at 1440p or even 1080p. Sure, moving to the newer AM5 platform would give you some extra benefits, but honestly, you’re in a good place with your current setup. Consider saving up a bit more and tackling the motherboard and CPU upgrade later! If you have some extra cash, maybe invest in a nice OLED monitor for an even better experience!
