I have a gaming build with Windows 11 Home, an Intel Core i7-14700F CPU, an ASUS DUAL OC RTX 5070 GPU, an ASUS B760M MAX GAMING WIFI-GSI motherboard, 32GB of DDR5 6400MHz RAM, and a 1TB Kingston SNV3S SSD. Can this setup effectively run Nintendo Switch games as well as PlayStation 3 titles?

Absolutely! I’ve put in hundreds of hours on Breath of the Wild using a less powerful setup than yours, so you’re definitely going to have a great experience with your rig.
No doubt about it! Even mid-range devices can run most Switch games, so you're in excellent shape. I've got a setup with lower specs, and it plays everything just fine. You'll be able to enjoy games like Breath of the Wild without any problems!

Your setup is definitely powerful enough for both Switch and PS3 emulation! For Switch games, you can use Yuzu or Ryujinx, and they should run at full speed without any issues. As for PS3 games, RPCS3 should also work great, although some titles may depend more on emulator optimization rather than just raw power. Just make sure your emulators are updated and configured properly, and you’ll be all set!
