I left my laptop updating overnight, and when I turned it on, it was a mess. I can't get into the Command Prompt as an admin, access the C: drive, my browser keeps crashing, and a bunch of apps won't open. Screenshots are also out of the question. I tried to uninstall the update, but that failed. Safe Mode worked, but the issues are still there. I've seen other users post about similar problems, and I didn't do anything out of the ordinary before this update. Can anyone help me resolve this?

Have you considered using System Restore to revert to a point before the update? It might help fix those issues without a complete reinstall.
Try holding SHIFT and clicking restart from the Start menu; it might allow you to uninstall the update from there. Just a thought!
If those options don't work, you might need to reinstall Windows from scratch using a USB stick. You'll wipe everything, so make sure you have your data backed up. Check out the Microsoft Media Creation Tool for that.
