I have been using this plugin for a while and i really like it. It seems to have completely stopped working recently. I can see the table of contents box appear on the page but it does not contain any items. I am using the shortcode to make the table of contents appear on the page. Anyone know of a workaround to fix this?

You can fix this if you go to the TOC+ settings and if you scroll down and click "Show" next to the Advanced options. You can see that there is a section for "Heading Levels". Make sure you select the headings you want to include in the table of contents box. Once you click save, items should show up in the table of contents box again.
