YouTube Videos Keep Buffering on My PC – Any Solutions?

I'm dealing with a frustrating issue on my relatively new PC where every YouTube video buffers, regardless of whether it's in 4K or 1080p. This problem started a few weeks ago, and interestingly, my TV and laptop (which are both on Wi-Fi) are working perfectly fine. My PC, however, is connected via cable, and I've run a speed test that shows no issues with my internet speed. I've already tried flushing the DNS, but that didn't change anything. Interestingly, Twitch is still working without any problems. The only major changes I made recently were updating my BIOS and the LAN driver. After updating the BIOS, I had to switch my RAM profile from default to the XMP setting, which I'm wondering may have affected something. Does anyone have any ideas on what else I could try to fix this buffering issue? Here are my PC specs for reference: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GPU: Radeon RX 9070 XT, Mainboard: ASUS Prime B840M-A WIFI, RAM: DDR5 64GB 6000MHz Corsair Vengeance RGB.

If your speed test is fine, it probably isn't an issue with the BIOS or LAN driver. Have you tried using incognito or private browsing mode? Sometimes extensions or plugins can cause issues like this. Also, check your CPU usage while watching videos to see if there’s any spikes that might be causing the buffering.

I tried using incognito mode, but that didn't solve the problem. I even disabled all my extensions to see if they were causing the buffering. I monitored the video while it played, and I noticed my Ethernet and GPU spikes coincided with the buffering, but it keeps happening intermittently.
