I was just texting a friend on my iPhone 11 Pro when it suddenly shut down on me. I tried turning it back on, but it would shut down again after about a minute. This cycle went on for around 5 minutes until finally, it shut down completely. Now, it's stuck showing the Apple logo and a black screen repeatedly. I'm not sure what caused this or if my phone is broken. Is there a chance it will start working again, or do I need to get it fixed? I can't afford to lose the important stuff on my phone right now, and I won't be able to get it repaired immediately, so I'm looking for any possible fixes!

Have you checked your battery health? If it's low, that might be a problem. Also, it’s important to know what version of iOS you're running and how much free space is on your device. Sometimes, low space can cause weird issues like this. If you're running on iOS 18 and your battery health is at 72%, you might want to consider clearing up some space.
Last I checked, the battery health was 72%, I recently updated to iOS 18, and I barely have any space left. Now, it’s just looping between the Apple logo and a black screen.
