Hey folks! I've been thinking about ways to improve our browsing experience, and I'm curious to hear your thoughts. If there was a browser that loaded sites 10 times faster and had a cleaner interface but only supported about 80% of websites, would you give it a try? Also, if there was a browser that blocked all trackers by default but caused some sites to malfunction, should that be a standard feature or something you could choose? Lastly, what's one customization you'd love to see in your browser's UI that isn't available right now?

Honestly, I don't think I'd notice that much of a speed increase. Browsers today are already pretty quick. If I could customize my experience, though, that would be a different story. I'd want something functional that works well.
A faster browser sounds great, but I wouldn't switch unless it was reliable and trusted. I've found that sticking with what I know works for my daily tasks is key. If it creates hurdles, I'm not interested.
I'd still prefer Firefox over Chrome, but sometimes it acts up for me—maybe it's my extensions causing the ruckus! It’s hard to pinpoint what's not working, though.
But would it grant wishes too? That’d be something! 😂
I'm skeptical about which sites would break. When you've got big browsers like Chrome and Firefox that everyone uses along with tons of extensions, what can your browser offer that would beat that? Maybe contributing to existing projects might be a better way to go?
According to some, the 20% that would break includes search engines, email sites, and social networks. But some folks say a good chunk of the internet would still work.
As a developer, having a browser block all trackers is frustrating. I need to track telemetry to understand how users interact with my features and catch bugs before they become widespread.
It's true! Chrome used to lag more than Firefox, but most people didn't even notice it unless they were digging deep into performance optimizations.
