Should I Be Worried About a Virus Detected by Tencent?

I found a virus alert on VirusTotal from Tencent that says there's a malware named "Malware.Win32.Gencirc.10c3c9fd." I've already scanned my system multiple times using Malwarebytes and ESET, but neither found anything. I'm leaning towards thinking it's a false positive, but I'm still uncertain. Should I be concerned?

It's always better to be cautious. If prominent antivirus programs like Malwarebytes and ESET haven’t flagged anything, it might be a false positive, especially since Tencent isn't one of the top players in AV. However, keep an eye out for unusual behavior on your system just in case!

Yeah, I agree with you! If it's just one or two lesser-known antivirus tools bringing it up, that often points to a false positive. If your well-known AVs report clean scans, you might be in the clear. Just stay vigilant and continue monitoring your system.

Thanks! I’ll keep watching out for anything strange.
