I recently compiled a collection of family videos, including some memorable footage of my grandparents who passed away last year. I saved the videos in .MOV and .MP4 formats on thumb drives for various family members. I tested the formats on my own TV and settled on MP4, but when I handed out the drives, my family struggled to play most of the videos—only one cousin's iPhone video worked. Since I can't write a universal guide due to everyone having different TV brands, I'm looking for an easy, personal way to share these videos without resorting to YouTube. Any suggestions?

You might consider burning the videos onto DVDs. It’s a straightforward solution that works with virtually any DVD player, which makes it perfect for everyone, regardless of their tech skills. It’s been a reliable method for years and keeps things really simple!
Another option is to upload the videos to a DVD format or use a cloud storage service to share the videos through a link, but I get that you want to keep it personal. DVDs could really be your best bet here!
Definitely! A physical DVD is so much easier for older folks to handle.
