I'm spending the summer at my grandpa's place, and he doesn't have WiFi. I'm looking for a temporary solution to get internet access. I've thought about getting a portable WiFi router, but I'm wondering how well they perform for streaming and gaming. I need to connect my PC and Roku TV, so any suggestions would be great!

Does your grandpa have any form of internet service? If he does, you could look into setting up a router with that connection instead.
I use T-Mobile's 5G home internet, and it works great for streaming. I usually watch 1080p content without any issues. Sure, cable might be faster, but for most streaming needs, it should be just fine!
You might want to consider getting a SIM card with unlimited internet. It's a straightforward option that provides decent coverage. Just make sure it fits your needs for both streaming and gaming!
I need WiFi for a PC and TV, so that's a good point! But will it handle both devices at once?
