My PC Won’t POST and I Can’t Access BIOS – What Should I Do?

This morning, I tried starting my PC and noticed that the case and CPU fans spin up, and the power button light turns on, but there's no display. I can't even see the ASRock logo during boot, and pressing the DEL or F12 keys isn't getting me to the BIOS. Here's my setup: I have an ASRock Phantom Gaming B850I Lightning motherboard paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU.

I've already attempted a few troubleshooting steps:
- Removed the GPU and connected HDMI directly to the motherboard.
- Removed and re-seated the RAM sticks.
- Plugged in only one RAM stick into each slot separately.
- Removed and re-seated the CPU, confirming there was no damage to it or the pins.
- Cleared the CMOS using the jumper pins.
- Attempted a BIOS flash using the rear button, but the light only blinks once instead of continuously.
- Took the motherboard out of the case, connecting only the RAM, CPU, power, and monitor.

I've submitted an RMA request to the vendor, but I wonder if there's anything else I might have overlooked.

Sounds like a frustrating issue! Since you're already trying a lot of things, I’d suggest you proceed with the RMA, as it seems like there might be a motherboard issue. One thing to check would be your PSU—sometimes they can be faulty but still supply power to fans and lights. I’d keep that in mind before sending it back.

It’s uncanny that you’re experiencing this too! I had a similar black screen issue recently. If it helps, you might want to double-check all connections, especially the power cables to the motherboard. But since you've already done a ton of troubleshooting, it sounds like RMA is your best bet.
