I've been dealing with a frustrating issue for the past five months, and I'm hoping to find some answers from anyone who's experienced something similar. My setup includes a TP-Link Omada router, and I'm running services like Tailscale, Jellfin, and Metube. Initially, everything worked smoothly, but then Disney+ and Prime Video stopped working altogether. I switched over to a different provider (my cell carrier), and they worked fine again. After contacting my ISP, they insisted everything looked good, leading me to believe it might be my router. But when I connected my laptop directly to the modem, everything worked like a charm.
After getting a new router, I still had the same problem. It seemed like my IP changed in a way that flagged it as fraudulent on an IP quality score website, which was a false positive since I wasn't using a VPN. I kept getting messages from Prime Video saying, "You're using a VPN..." I tried several troubleshooting steps, including switching WAN ports, removing port-forwarding settings, and even ditching No-IP. That solution lasted about a month and a half until I went to Mexico, and since coming back, the issue has returned with a fraud score at 99 out of 100.
I also enabled a Cloudflare tunnel for my Jellfin and added Nextcloud, but I'm still having no luck figuring out why this keeps happening. My ISP has been no help, and I really need a solution before heading off to college in six weeks. Any suggestions or insights would be awesome!

I feel your pain. I dealt with this after switching providers too. Try using a VPN server that is close to your location. It's a bit of a workaround, but sometimes it helps avoid those blocks. Also, check if you're exceeding the device limit for streaming services—some services cut you off if there are too many concurrent connections. It's worth investigating!

You might want to consider getting a new modem. I had a similar issue where my ISP just wouldn't assign a new public IP, but when I switched to a new modem, everything cleared up and I got a fresh public IP. Just make sure you're not sending out too many emails or anything, as that can flag your IP too.
They said they already did that. Maybe try powering off your router for about 15 minutes to see if that gets you a new IP? Regarding the VPN warning, that's weird... I only got that when I was connected to a server in another country. Does this issue show up on all your devices, or is it just on certain ones?
I've tried changing my IP a bunch, but it only helps for about a week. I suspect something on my network is triggering it. Plus, the connection from my ISP goes directly into my setup, so I'm not sure how easy it is to exchange the modem.
