Help! I’m Struggling to Create a Bedrock Knowledge Base with Proper Permissions

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble creating a Bedrock Knowledge Base. I initially tried using the root login, but that didn't work. So, I set up an IAM user and attempted to give it the right permissions, as shown in my attempts below. However, both attempts failed, and I'm stuck with a "failed to create" message. Can anyone tell me what the correct permissions should be? Here's what I've tried so far:

**Attempt 1:** I've set up various permissions related to Bedrock, OpenSearch, S3 buckets, IAM roles, and CloudWatch logs.

**Attempt 2:** I also tried a different approach where I allowed all Bedrock actions and specified some S3 and OpenSearch permissions.

Appreciate any help!

Hey! It sounds like you might not have the necessary service quotas in place. Sometimes, new AWS accounts don’t have enough permissions granted by default for services like Bedrock. You can check your quotas. Just look for Service Quotas under the drop-down menu on the right side. If you're low on quota, you can submit a request to increase it.

I didn’t check all the quotas since it’s a long list, but the ones for Bedrock seem to match the default AWS quotas. Maybe I need to request a higher limit.
