My husband was at The Bluff rehab center in Augusta, GA, from May 9th to June 6th, 2025. During his stay, all electronics like phones, Fitbits, and Kindles were supposed to be strictly off-limits, and we could only communicate through landlines. I was told his phone was turned in and locked away. That's what makes it all the more confusing when I noticed unusual Google account activity starting around May 13th or 14th.
I saw multiple logins to his Gmail and Google account every 1–2 hours, including activity during the night at odd hours like 1 AM, 3 AM, and 4 AM. This continued throughout his whole stay, even though I'm pretty sure he didn't have his Kindle, which I later found was logged out and cleared. I am uncertain if the rehab center allowed limited device access toward the end, but this peculiar activity began well before and seemed too frequent for any brief usage.
While I did have access to his email for business during his stay, no one was checking it that often, especially not at night. When I confronted him about it, he reacted defensively and even accused me of being unfaithful. I'm not jumping to conclusions; I just want to know:
1. Could this kind of activity be automatic or linked to a synced device?
2. Is it possible that another person at the facility accessed his account?
3. Could he have hidden a second device and bypassed the rules?
I've got screenshots of the account activity with blurred info for privacy. If anyone has knowledge of digital forensics, IT security, or personal experience with similar situations, I'd love to get your thoughts or advice on what I should do next. Thanks!

Yes, it’s possible for Google activity to happen automatically, especially if there’s another device signed into the account. If he had logged in through a tablet or computer, that could explain the frequent logins.
