I recently installed two 16GB sticks of DDR5 6000MHz RAM that are supposed to be compatible with AMD systems. I enabled EXPO in the BIOS, but the DRAM status is only showing 4800MHz. Once I boot into Windows, I can log in and apps like Discord launch, but then everything crashes. The RGB lighting freezes to a solid color when the app that controls it fails to open, and I can't even use the Windows button to restart. I have to resort to a hard restart. I have no idea why this is happening, and it's really frustrating!

It sounds like you’ve done some troubleshooting already, but I'd suggest trying to revert to an older stick that you know works. Just make sure to reset your BIOS settings to default as well and see if that helps you boot properly again.
Have you tried testing each RAM stick separately? One of them might be defective. Sometimes, even if they're from the same pack, one stick can fail without you realizing it. Just pull one out and see if your PC boots normally with the other.
